By accessing or using Go Patrol, a patrol management system provided by Stratel (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the service.

Go Patrol is a comprehensive patrol management software designed to assist organizations in monitoring, managing, tracking, and reporting security patrol operations. The service includes the web dashboard, mobile applications, and any associated features or hardware integrations provided by us.

• Account Registration: To use Go Patrol, you must be registered with an account provided by an authorized administrator. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us or your administrator immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Go Patrol system for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Falsify patrol logs, GPS coordinates, or any incident reports within the system.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, databases, or networks.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of Go Patrol.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software.

Your privacy and the security of your operational data are important to us. Our collection, use, and sharing of personal data and operational data (such as user identities, patrol logs, GPS locations, and incident reports) are necessary for the core functionality of the system. By using Go Patrol, you consent to the processing and storage of this data.

All intellectual property rights in and to Go Patrol, including but not limited to software code, website designs, mobile app interfaces, trademarks, and logos, are owned by or licensed to Stratel (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the system solely for your internal business operations.

We strive to ensure that Go Patrol is available 24/7. However, the system may occasionally be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, or unexpected technical issues. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of any planned downtime.

Go Patrol is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or continuous availability of the system. We do not warrant that the system will be entirely error-free or immune to disruptions out of our control (e.g., internet outages, GPS signal loss on mobile devices).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stratel (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use Go Patrol.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your organization's or individual access to Go Patrol at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or fail to fulfill subscription obligations. Upon termination, your right to use the system will immediately cease.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on our platform or communicating them to your organization's administrators. Continued use of Go Patrol after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.

• Subscription Model: Access to Go Patrol is provided on a subscription basis. Subscription plans may be offered on a monthly, yearly, or custom duration as mutually agreed between the Client and Stratel (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. The specific terms, pricing, and duration of each subscription shall be determined at Stratel's sole discretion and communicated to the Client prior to activation.
• Device Licensing: Each device registered under Go Patrol (including but not limited to mobile devices, Active Track RFID readers, and G-LINK Central Nodes) is licensed under the Client's active subscription. Devices are only authorized to communicate with the Go Patrol platform for the duration of the valid subscription period.
• Non-Transferable: Subscription licenses are non-transferable between organizations unless expressly authorized in writing by Stratel.

• Expiry Notifications: Stratel will make reasonable efforts to notify the Client's designated administrators of upcoming subscription expiry via system notifications, email, or other available communication channels. Notifications are typically sent at 30 days, 14 days, and 7 days prior to the expiry date. However, the delivery and receipt of such notifications are not guaranteed and shall not constitute an obligation on Stratel's part.
• Automatic Service Suspension: Upon the expiry of a subscription, all registered devices under the affected account will automatically cease to communicate with Go Patrol. This includes but is not limited to: patrol checkpoint scanning, GPS tracking, real-time location updates, incident report submissions, alarm transmissions, and any other data synchronization with the platform.
• Grace Period: Stratel may, at its sole and absolute discretion, provide a limited grace period following subscription expiry. Any such grace period is provided as a courtesy only and does not create an obligation, precedent, or entitlement for current or future subscription cycles.
• Client Responsibility: It is solely the Client's responsibility to ensure timely renewal of their subscription. Stratel shall not be held responsible for any disruption to service resulting from the Client's failure to renew their subscription before the expiry date.

The Client acknowledges and agrees that:

• Any patrol activities, incident reports, alarm events, GPS data, checkpoint scans, or any other operational data that fails to be transmitted, recorded, or stored in Go Patrol during a period of expired subscription shall be the sole responsibility of the Client. Stratel shall bear no liability whatsoever for such unrecorded data.
• The Client shall not institute, pursue, or threaten any legal proceedings, claims, or demands against Stratel arising from or in connection with service unavailability due to an expired subscription.
• Stratel shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, security breach, or adverse event that occurs at the Client's premises or operations during any period where the Go Patrol service is unavailable due to subscription expiry, regardless of whether the Client was aware of the expiry.

Stratel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, acts of God, fire, flood, earthquake, epidemic, or pandemic.
• Internet service disruptions, telecommunications failures, or third-party infrastructure outages.
• Power failures, server hardware malfunctions, or data center incidents.
• GPS signal loss, NFC/RFID reader malfunctions, or mobile device failures.
• Cyberattacks, DDoS attacks, or other security incidents originating from external sources.
• Government actions, regulatory changes, sanctions, or court orders.
• Any other unforeseen technical issues beyond Stratel's reasonable control.

In the event of such circumstances, the Client acknowledges that patrol data, incident reports, alarm events, and any other operational records may not be transmitted, received, or stored in Go Patrol. Stratel shall not be liable for any consequences arising from such data loss or service interruption, and the Client shall not pursue any claims or legal action against Stratel in relation thereto.

The Client acknowledges and agrees that Go Patrol is designed as a supplementary management and monitoring tool to assist in security patrol operations. Go Patrol does not replace the need for direct human oversight, physical security measures, or the Client's own internal security protocols. The Client remains fully responsible for the safety and security of its premises, personnel, and operations at all times, regardless of the availability or functionality of Go Patrol.

The Client shall maintain adequate backup procedures, alternative communication channels, and contingency plans for security operations that do not rely solely on Go Patrol. Stratel shall not be liable for any security incidents, losses, or damages arising from the Client's reliance on Go Patrol as their sole means of patrol management or security monitoring.

The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stratel (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd., its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• The Client's use or misuse of Go Patrol.
• The Client's breach of these Terms.
• Any security incident or loss occurring at the Client's premises or operations, regardless of whether Go Patrol was functioning at the time.
• Any third-party claims arising from the Client's use of the system.

Upon subscription expiry, Stratel will retain the Client's existing data on its servers for a period of ninety (90) days. During this retention period, the Client may renew their subscription to regain full access to their historical data. After the 90-day retention period, Stratel reserves the right to permanently delete all data associated with the expired account without further notice. Stratel shall not be liable for any data loss resulting from the Client's failure to renew within the retention period.

By subscribing to or using Go Patrol, you grant Stratel (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your company's name, trademarks, and logos for promotional and marketing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, displaying your logo on the Go Patrol website, customer lists, presentations, and other marketing materials. If your organization wishes to opt-out of this, you must explicitly notify us in writing.
